After a well-received inaugural exhibition in January 2007, Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) once again will bring together dozens of artists from Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, California and Wisconsin for a five-day marathon of art-making as MCLA Gallery 51 and the MCLA Gallery 51 Annex are transformed into temporary artist workshops for assemblage and experimentation.
Masterminded by collage artist Daniel O'Connor and NY gallery owner Scott Zeiher, "Woodshed II: The Next Hundred Hours" will begin on Jan. 15, 2009, with a "Meet the Artists" reception from 6 to 8 p.m. in MCLA Gallery 51.
"Woodshed II: The Next Hundred Hours" will run in MCLA Gallery 51 through Feb. 22, 2009.
